One of the major aims of the Peterborough Community Carol Sing is to support the work of The Salvation Army here in Peterborough by donating to the Christmas Hamper Fund. There is always a great need among many in Peterborough and The Salvation Army is working hard to meet this need. Every day, The Salvation Army and its volunteers are feeding breakfast to close to 150 people and also giving groceries to 40 families each day in our city. Please consider supporting the wonderful efforts of The Salvation Army here in our community to meet the needs of those hardest hit by the present economic situation in our community by donating through their website at The Salvation Army Peterborough.
